简介
This Maxi-single brings to you a brief compilation of Japanese anime music sung in Spanish language by two of the most successful Idol singers in Chile: Jessica Toledo and Salomé Anjarí, this time with brand-new electronic oriented arrangements created by Erwin Pempelfort, a talented and experienced musician dedicated nowadays to electronic and pop music projects. Both Jessica Toledo and Salomé Anjarí has expanded their careers outside Chile, reaching large audiences in Mexico and Peru with their Spanish versions of anime music, widely spread through the internet by online radios and forums. These are the first recordings of Salomé Anjarí as soloist singer since the separation of her band Bys Revolution, and the first duet with Jessica Toledo, establishing the beginning of the "2 the Light" duet performances. The song "Moon Revenge" is one of the most famous of Sailor Moon's themes, being the background vocal for the climax scene within the first movie of the series (Sailor Moon R the Movie), as well as the closing/ending credits song. This Spanish version was produced to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the arrival of Sailor Moon to Latin America, and is the very first time this song is presented in Spanish language because the original theme was cut off the home video release. "Escuadrón de la Flor" is the Spanish version of "Gekitei - Geki! Teikoku Kagekidan", the main theme from Sakura Wars/Sakura Taisen video game and anime series. This is also the first time this song is presented in Spanish because the Latin American release of the anime series Sakura Wars called "La Guerra de Sakura" remained the opening song in Japanese version. The new arrangements created by Erwin Pempelfort are really empathetic with the ambience of the anime series and it is an energetic gorgeous piece of symphonic electronic music. Finally, in this production there are electronic or techno-dance remixes of the song "Promesa Final" (Saigo no Yakusoku), an emotional theme from the soundtrack of Marmalade Boy anime series (called "La Familia Crece" in Hispanic America), whose Spanish dubbed version counted with the participation of Jessica Toledo as singer and voice actress, being "Promesa Final" the background vocal for the dramatic scenes of Meiko and Namura, one of the three songs performed by Jessica Toledo in this series. Instrumental versions are included for all the people who loves to sing along and do Karaoke singing on their own.
