More than rock-rap. Every song was written with care and intent. I spent lots of time making sure every note was right and every guitar lick was intentional. I made sure I was saying something with each verse, instead of rapping nonsense to fill up a song. I want this EP to properly introduce Redd Byrdd to the world... There is no real genre for this tape; it travels through hip hop, rock, country, electronic, and singer-songwriter, and I'm proud of the journey it takes the listener. I hope it is as inspirational as it is fun to listen to, because I had a lot of fun making it and I wanted to make this as real as I could. There's a lot of fake out there, so I kept it 100% authentic just for you...
