This CD features BASS GUITAR. Original, Instrumental, Improvisational music, featuring Chris Matheos playing PICCOLO BASS and Electric Bass. This cd is mostly in a trio setting. A fusion of Jazz, New Age, and Rock Music. Matheos' innovative soloing is in the spotlight from the first note. Blazing Electric Bass SLAP riffs, mix with TWO HAND TAPPING, Fingerstyle soloing, and complex grooves. Matheos' Piccolo bass features a mix of Chord Comp, Slap Bass, Effects, and Fingerstyle Riffs. His tones range from clean Mike Stern Style jazz comp to distorted Ritchie Blackmore influenced solos. This is Matheos' first CD dedicated to featuring Piccolo Bass in a trio setting.
