"The Same Different Sound" is In the Attic's first record and White Sofa Records' first full album release. It dips into songs we wrote years ago but still hold meaning to us till this day. Songs of family, friends and lovers; and the problems (and great times) that come with them. Songs of meeting interesting people or being bored in car that's taking you home. "The Same Different Sound" is for anyone who likes song diversity. The start of the record leans more toward the rock, the anger, the hard problems and weird nights. Once you hear that acoustic guitar in People, you know the tables have turned. The album starts becoming softer, more pop and folk. Songs about doing nothing with friends on a nice day, and meeting people you can't let go. By the end, we hope you enjoyed the record and In the Attic reassures you there's more to come with the repeating line, "Song after song".
