O'Hamsters are celtic punk band from Kyiv, emerged in 2009 as a continuation of the glorious traditions of The Pogues and Shane McGowan, but then shifted their musical orientation towards modern, heavy and fast celtic punk. Band combines fast and unstoppable hits, including their own versions of Irish folk songs, with ballads, written or on their own, either borrowed from a variety of authors. The band is also known for its increasing positive energy, fully embodied in their songs. Despite the fact that all the songs have been performed in Russian or Ukrainian language, O'Hamsters are already well known by the admirers in Eastern Europe and beyond.
