Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentine, this new tango quintet brings some fresh air into a tired genre. Building from traditional roots, we find here an authentic contemporary composer with a unique voice who does not take the easy way. With his own material or arranging genre´s classical tango "La que murió en París", Juan Pablo de Lucca struggles to find an original and expressive sound to depict how wide and global is today´s contemporary music scene.
