A collection on new compositions and arrangements by Kansas City based composer, Brad Cox, "Beginners" explores a unique blend of chamber music, jazz, folk and popular music, ranging from serious themes to musical slapstick. Performed by the Brad Cox Ensemble and the Brad Cox Big Band, along with a host guest artists, "Beginners" documents the emergence of a bold new musical voice.
