Real Steam was chosen as the topic for this album because of the energy and vibes that as been felt from each single that make up this compilation.

Real Steam is nineteen tracks of authentic Jamaican music created in some of the top studios by some veterans with years of experience and some youngsters with bright and brilliant minds,for example tracks one,two,four,seven, nine and eleven is performed by Damacoi who also help to make some of the rhythms along with Kenzic who proforms tracks three, ten, twelve,thirteen,fifteen, and eighteen.Andy Livingston who is known for the hit single searching for love, has got one of the meanest dancehall style titled Jamdung track five, that has become one of the favourite of the dancehall fans, there is also 9.2.5. done by Bad Sarge on the same rhythm as Jamdung that can be related globally to the working class because of the lyrical content, there is also track seventeen titled {single mother} by Teko that is specially made as a tribute to all single mother”s , I must also make mention that all tracks except sixteen was mixed by Shelbo the little genius who also proform on track twelve with Kenzic track sixteen Wine PAN Dah Sumting Yah was made at Sonic Sound by Herbie Harris who was the keyboard player in the Third World band at the time,it is proformed by Bad Sarge and mixed at Cave Man studio by Everton Caveman Moore, and I do believe a wide cross section will gravitate to this album because there is a little something for everybody.
