The Extras, Inc. (Pete Jager, Jason Skislak, and Tony Scandiffio) have been playing together for many years in their home state of New Jersey ..Their thoughtful songs are filtered through a high energy jangly punk rock trio. They have a number of independent releases, but their opus is this ep, "The Long Way" (originally released in June 2012). Coupling distorted tension of bands like Mission Of Burma, Husker Du, and Dinosaur Jr. with the jangly goodness of The Feelies is the way of these gentleman.
