MC RALLY's second release from his personal label Locutus Music, "neko MC". I was on my way to an event in Shinjuku and was observing a cat gathering when a cat burst in and got all the other cats excited (I thought the cat was like a rave MC). I was inspired to write this song. Let's all sing together.
