Moving ballads about love and jealousy (Shirley), a song about Fishing, a tribute to grandmothers everywhere (Marguerite). SOME CAMPFIRE!, (you burned down the whole forest with that fire)!, and just a really nice mood in Uh-Oh. Erika manipulating the Alphabet.... and a really really nice cover. Think yer so Smart is a a collection of very original songs with unique lyrical perspectives, performed by the Alphabet featuring Wes Neal on double bass, Mike Hopkins on lead electric guitar, Kate MacLean on drums, accordion and some very beautiful, sparse vocal harmonies. Guest players on the album are Michael Tuyp on electric guitar, Josh Cavan on organ and harmonica, and Ian Blurton on bass and guitar in the opening track.
