The EP set out with only a few rules. Rule 1: All instruments had to be played by me. Rule 2: There could be no electronic instrumentation. Rule 3: I had to record and mix everything myself in my home. "Life of Seas" is the collection of songs that resulted. An exploration of the themes of wonder, joy, brokenness, loss, love, surrender and faith in God. Life of Seas journeys through the ups and downs, the happiness and sadness, and the tragedy and triumph we all face in life. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed creating it.
