This album is about distances, whether they are emotional, physical or geographical. Sometimes, what feel you want or need most in the world can be in arms reach, yet still seem a million miles away. Musically, it takes in folk, psychedelia, darkwave and singer-songwriter type stuff. It features songwriting contributions from Joyce Davis, Mary Beth Lindqvist, Joan Davies and Steven Davies. Also, playing on the record is Matt Constantine on cello, Rachel Barnes on violin, drum god Peter Yttergren on Broken Hill and keyboard/piano arrangements by Robert Scott and Andrew Skelton.
