Started from an acoustic side project and a lingering urban legend, Steels is a modern rock band trying to return to the age of words meaning something and songs being played by their creators. Based in the college town of Tuscaloosa, AL, Steels has spent the past year cutting their teeth and honing their craft to create "On the Other Side". Never satisfied, they are currently working on new material that's different from the last, but still carrying the flag for current rock and roll. People still love riffs, big melodies, and good songwriting. Beyond the grandiose, that's all we're trying to give people.
