Richard developed his love of house music in the late 1990s as a committed clubber in the North of England. Nights such as "Golden" in Stoke-on-Trent and "Sankeys Soap" in Manchester shaped the sound that Richard pushes today. A move to Bristol at the turn of the century saw Richard DJ in most of the city's main clubs and enjoy the best of the city's legendary free party scene, which was a welcome antidote to the ritzy super club mainstream of the time! Now going back his roots and holed up in a London studio, Richard is pulling from all his musical influences (and extensive vinyl collection) to produce a funky yet melodic sound drawing from all genres of dance music.
