"Ceremony" are Paul Baker and John Fedowitz from Fredericksburg, Virginia, USA. Previously they were known as "Skywave" together with Oliver Ackermann ( frontman and singer of "A Place To Bury Strangers"). Shoegaze guitar walls, drone and noise with a 'punch in your face' feeling, garnished with catchy melodic hooks, synthlines and vocals. "Safranin Sounds" features the untitled debut CD-R EP from 2005 and the "Disappear" CD-R Album from 2007 (both released on Safranin in the US) plus previously unreleased bonus tracks. The release is available as CD and double vinyl too.
