We as people don’t do what we are capable of doing because we fail to know our potential. That’s due to the fact of reinforcement not being made in your circle. That’s the circle of friends and family that’s been around us since we’ve been born.

We must encourage our youth to strive for more and RISE up. As I sit back and remember those classmates that didn’t have anyone pushing them to do better is no surprise that most of them are in a very dark place in there life. The dark place is not seeing THE MOMENT pass the very one their in. They don’t know how to DREAM.

They loose hope of dreaming when the parent(s) is force to work sun up to sun down. Everything the child asks becomes a response referencing them working. “I cant make it because I got to work, Maybe after I get off work”… etc. So some children begin to think the same way as their parents as they grow up. The ones who become hard workers are not the ones I’m referring to at the moment because it’s nothing wrong with being a hard nine to five worker.

In life we need the workers as much as the dreamers. I’m referring to those who see their parents in the same light but end up doing nothing. The more unplanted seeds, the less we have harvesting as great leaders and great people for our nation. We must plant seeds to be fruitful. When we encourage our sons and daughters they will blossom and shed seeds to continue the process. That’s when we begin to start REACHING HIGHER.
