ean Miguel Thompson aka Sean T. was born in Palo Alto, CA at Stanford Hospital. Raised in the rough streets of East Palo Alto in the Gardens district. Brought up in a family of musicians, Sean T. started his career as a DJ back in 1989. Then he was introduced to the industry and began producing. In 1992, Sean T. Released his first project as a member of a group called M.O.G. on Murder One Records. Then followed up in 1993 with the solo release called, "Straight from the Streets" also on Murder One Records. These two albums gave him credibility in the bay area for production and rap skills. From there on he went on to produce songs for artists such as E-40, South Central Cartel, Tha Dogg Pound, The Outlaws, Spice 1, B-Legit, WC & Juvenile just to name a few. In 1996, he later released his sophomore solo album, "Pimp Lyrics & Dollar Signs" under the label Young Gotti Records. This album reignited the flame from the early 90s and created a real good buzz in the industry, not just independently but also on a major level. His next album was released in 2000 the name of it was "Heated" and thats exactly what the album was, hot like fire. The album also contained the single from the movie "Held Up" starring Jaime Foxx and Nia Long. In 2001, he released his next album "Can I Shine?" followed by "Familiar Ground" in 2002. As the CEO of his own label, Get Gone Records and his own production company Dallas Squad Music, Sean T dropped his latest release "Terrain Boss" late in 2003 and is receiving excellent reviews for the versatility shown on this project. He's currently in the studio working on several new projects which include, solo projects for all Get Gone Records artists: Mr. Sandman, Papoose, Glasgow and 18K (formerly of Kali Fam), "M.O.G. M-1 Is The Code" compilation and a new solo album all to be released on Get Gone Records.
