Samba, bossa, maxixe, xote, baião, ijexá and a modinha are among the Brazilian music styles used in nine original songs that brings a mix of the contemporary with the traditional in their lyrics, harmonies, melodies and grooves. Flutist, composer and author Fernando Brandão infuses new energy in these styles through the lyrics of Pedro Lago, Robson Santiago, Rosangela Santiago and his own.
