But in the year that followed, those 'borrowed musicians' stayed with me, and we became a true band, the Shadow Catchers,” explains Gerritsen. "For Angeline, we decided to take an organic approach to production and track our new material live as a group. The experience was quite moving for all of us, and the finished music has vibrant, palpable energy.” Recorded in Fremont, at Stone Gossard's (Pearl Jam) Studio Litho, Gerritsen and the Shadow Catchers plumb the depths of strength in the face of suffering.
