This CD is a variety of songs, mostly love, But includes the novelty "My Buddy Bought A Harley" and a Christmas must hear "I'm Glad Christmas Comes Every Year" it will warm your heart and take you back to days of your childhood. It begins with a love song entitled, "Absolutely & Always" that will bring happy tears to your eyes especially if you are in love or have fond memories of someone who was close. The # 2 song "A Country Star" takes place at the funeral of a local muscian and the instrument he loved is standing among the flowers at his head but has it really left his hand? "The Only One I Want To Love Is You" is an uptempo love song with a fresh arrangement that will make your toes tap and your heart feel good. "The Longer We're Together" (the more we drift apart) tells of a couple who are in love but not really. The world has long needed a new anniversary song and "Our Anniversary" is about an older couple celebrating their anniversary. You'll look for a "Harley" in your living room when this track begins, it's a true story of when my fishing buddy bought a "Harley" and if he couldn't ride his bike to something he just wouldn't go. If you are into stone Country "That's Not Any Fun" is for you. it tells of love that is slipping away. "What Color Is Happy" was co-written with the late Bud Auge writer of "The Violet and a Rose" and it made a darn good Cajun tune. Have you ever woke up with a feeling not a thing can go wrong today? That this day is going to be "One Of Those Days" (that won't be one of those days). I wrote "I Sang Amazing Grace" the day after we lost Mom Capturing all the emotions that are present at a time like that. You'll have to hear "I'm Glad Christmas Comes Every Year" to appreciate the feelings you will experience, you won't be able to wait for Christmas to come cause you will be feeling like a child again.
