Ms. Maura & The Misters are making hips sway with bluesy-funky-soulful tunes for grooving in Los Angeles. Brought together by a web of youthful histories and prior bands (and craigslist), this 8-person ensemble started playing together in late Spring 2016. Reimagining old songs, writing new ones, and fleshing out the set with a couple choice covers, Ms. Maura & The Misters has developed a deeper and energetic extension of Ms. Maura's moody grooving style.
