If you’re looking for sparkle-a** jeans, bro-country, this is not the band for you. The Electroliners play their own brand of old-style honky-tonk that is deep fried, and smothered in gravy and heartache. The band holds an abiding reverence for the past, yet are looking to move traditional country music into the 21st century. Having three songwriters in the band makes for a diverse, yet complementary original catalog from rollocking rockabilly to heartwrenching ballads to Southern stompers. The Electroliners were formed in 2011 by Stephanie Krysl (vocals), Travis Sing (bass, vocals), and Patrick White (guitar, vocals). The band suffered growing pains and line-up changes, but are now solidified with additions Kate Williams (keyboards/accordion, vocals) and Lee Gambrel (drums). The group's self-titled EP was released in January 2014 to positive reviews, including a 4/5-star rating from the UK's “Country Music People” magazine.
