“Sanctissima Mater” is the single that anticipate the PER CRUCEM AD ASTRA ,a project that's born to give emotions, passions and spiritualism to the modern listener, who is a not knowing victim of the lost and profaned social and cultural destabilizing situation of normal life. When two big eccelent and international music traditions, meet and give life to a common project, this can only be something unique and surprising. This is the case of PER CRUCEM AD ASTRA, a new international music project that has two different music visions (the italian and the russian) collaborating and become one, giving life to an impressive and majestic classic music production, that recalls the sacred music tradition. The whole music composition of the project is italian ,supervised by the composer Sergio Frigerio; the musicians, the choir and the artistic direction come from the big traditional russian music and also here we can find famous international classic music names like: Roman Berchenko, art director of the project , big expert of russian classic music and also winner of the Russian Federation Culture Price; with more than thirty year experience as a composer, director and producer. Than there is Sergey Kondrashev, art director and orchestra conductor of the Orpheus Radio Symphony Orchestra, who's oeuvre goes from classic opera to symphonie composers like Verdi, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Chopin and Prokofiev. The central element and pilaster of this italian/russian project is the famous Choir "Masters Of Choral Singing", one of the most well known choirs of the international classic music world, magistrally directed by Lev Kontorovich. The project Per Crucem And Astra is an unicum in the contemporary big music productions. This is made possible with the collaboration of different partners. Radio Orpheus, the national russian radio, which is promoting this project using her radio network on national and international level. MOSfilm, the biggest russian film studio, where we can also find the biggest record studio of Russia. Coordination and managerial work has been given to QUADRI MUSICLAB, an italian partner.
