In search for a singer that would sing my songs the way that I had in my head when I wrote them, I got a call from a producer friend in LA that told me he my have found the right person. He sent me samples of her work and I was there the next week and in the studio.

With my experience as a studio musician in LA and SF, and sideman with many name bands: Jerry Garcia Band, Mike Bloomfield, Bill Champlin and many more, I became very selective when making this CD. With the help of a few artists that I had worked with in the past, including Tony Saunders, Nick Daniels, Jeff Landau, and Phil \"Levi\" Wood, I felt that we had the right combination to back up one of the finest singers I have ever played or recorded with.
