"My music is created through a process of just letting things flow. It is basically a "whatever I'm feeling at moment" type of process and I feel that it is most effective for me. Every artist is different obviously and has their own creative "rituals" that get they minds into the space that they need to be in. I feel that the music comes out most organic working with the producer shoulder to shoulder and writing the song as the beat is being creative. It gives more life to the project. I feel that the beat caters to the words and they will flow better because the beat was specifically made for those words and vice versa. I prefer this as opposed to receiving a beat that might not have been intended for me and now i have to create. I am not limited because I am a high believer of thinking outside the box but I love being in the element of having the most control over the creativity as possible" -James Deene
