Bill Leonard’s Story I was Born in Mason county in Illinois like one of my song say’s It has been a strange journey to end up making a Cd and writing songs Well as long as I can remember I have been able to do impersonations and got up to about 50 at one point but never did much with them .I have always had a love of music and would be at work singing a old John Conlee song or Johnny Cash song when one night a friend Brian Carman said Bill Why are you always singing other peoples songs why not your own and of course I said I can’t, I have heard music sometimes in my dreams but I can’t. Just kidding abound I started to make up a line, he said sounds like a song to me . That was the first part of Ross Perot where are you . Many songs later it’s unreal, never know what will trigger a song. I have even been played on the radio. Who knows, when a new idea come’s to you where it will lead you.
