简介
Roger Toye is a singer songwriter for those who love folk and the BBC Radio 2 type material, and also film producers who are wanting a classy theme song, for example 'She Moves Through The Crowd' taken from his album 'Portraits Of Grace.' Since collaborating with John Llewellyn-Perkins, the depth and versatility in Roger's writing has opened up to new levels. The haunting and often provocative arrangements of Perkins, and Roger's unique use of the harp guitar, along with the wonderful team of musicians and backing vocalists at IMMG have helped make this one of the best albums of 2009 in it's genre. Roger says, "This debut album is musical sojourn using a recently acquired Harp guitar made by Steven Sedgwick, from a place of restoration from a time in the wilderness and its romance to the vast expanse of heaven sailing the depths of the sea the market place to the solitude of the garden. Looking at life through different eyes with hope in making things seem beautiful."
