Born and raised in Erie, Pa, Jonathan Baker has been involved in gospel music since the age of three. While singing in many different choirs as he was growing up, he realized that he had a gift from God to present the gospel to people through music. With the gospel roots that he grew up on and also having a Hip-Hop background, he has been able to reach people with singing, playing, producing and now gospel rap. He has two rap albums out now “Let the Lord Use You” (which was released in 2007) and his highly anticipated second album “From My Heart to Yours” (released in 2008). With an original and innovative sound he presents the gospel in a way that is not comparable to anything that is already out there. His love for God and his heart for the people take his music to another level to where you can understand it, but also become drawn to know the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. With how the world is now, he will continue to stay open to the voice of God so that men all over the world will know that He is God!
