I am deeply aware of the paradoxes of the human condition; desires for peace and thoughts of anger; happiness of family and the pain of loneliness and divorce; desires for ego satisfaction and awareness of one's lack of humility; faith and doubt, power and restraint. This is humanity. This is the material for my songs. I write about people.
