The LP Alive was recorded over 2 nights of live performances at the Piston Club in Toronto. Teper invited a roster of some of Toronto’s finest musicians to improvise around her storytelling and songwriting styles. This process has developed a body of work that listeners compare to artists like Tom Waits, Mary Margaret O’Hara, and Kate Bush.
