Premium (Michael Halterman) was born and raised in the city of Spokane, WA. He started his career in Hip-Hop music at age 16 through a Rap group he founded by the name of TLG. Eventually Premium branched off to create his own independant record label "Twizted Di$trict Record Productions" and took the Northwest underground Rap scene by storm with his cleverly calculated metaphors, multi-syllable lines, and air tight flow with his 16's.
