The main refrain means "I'm an old drunk", but the next think you hear is "I drink ayran and banica" Ayran is a non-alcoholic bulgarian national drink, and "banica" is a bulgarian national dish. The song got famous from the bulgarian edition of the "Got talent" show 2014. Rado Mihov and the band "Slaff" got to the finals.
