简介

This is a 2 cd set. Basically your getting this double album at value with return satisfaction. As far as production I used everything in my resources to insure hard clean hitting bass, high fidelity and clear highs, dynamic presence and impact. Lyrically Afro shows that emcees/rappers can flex intellect as well as style in modern hip hop. The cd includes several beats produced by Nebula with features from Tebo, Stagmotta, and Johnny Afro the master himself. What I like about this album is the Reggatone flavor from: Afro Tone but the humorous creative lyrics of Mad Computer Guy. Any computer related professional can relate. Even the victims of spyware can appreciate the emotion I put forth on this track. Other interesting notes about this Cd are my ...hopefully money making song. Happy Birthday did so well on the "Live Zone" cd that I came with "It's A Baby" on this volume. It's the utility track that you can send and let speak for you when your friends and loved ones have a new baby. Use it! They'll appreciate that you thought of them. The tracks include songs formed from looped based software such as Acid as well as experimentation with Nuendo, Reasons, Magix, and maybe some others. Special Songs on CD1 include "Zero A Hero" this is an instrumental because the vocals that would go to it would be to cruel for reality so Ill watch my tounge here. But what the title means: Basically I thought someone was a cruel evil decietful person, and could think of no redeeming qualities about that person. Yet when he died everybody was talking about how great he was and how we needed more like him. Insert puke here... Anyway when you die they can make hero's seem like zero's and can glorify zero's into Heros. May this MF rest in misery.... Damn J calm down.. Ooops back to my cd description... Cd 2 includes my Holiday or Halloween Jam..."Spooky". Reminded me of this girl I dated a while back that hated Halloween and never partied on that day. The story is totally contrived buy I find it entertaining and it's one of the songs I listen to over and over. My favorite line is "I'm doin' the Billie Jean on the sofa in my lofas". Why I don't know it just makes me feel good... ha ha. Matter of Fact I like most of the songs on cd2 a lot. Probably cause I just finished it more recent than cd1. And my newest creations are often my most favored...until I make a newer one, duh. Anyway other noted tracks on cd2 include: California Love, this is a spoof of Tupac, & Biggie's songs. You can laugh at the chorus where it goes.."I'm going back to get some, Califooooorniaaa Luuuuv I throw out some political stuff, human race pride stuff, and whatever the hell comes out of Afro's mouth stuff. Gorilla at Large is just one of those songs Afro thinks is a number one hit, so I'm waitng on you the fans to make this a reality. Insert subliminal message...buy now buy now! Anyway it's a song about Johnny Afro as if he is a Gorilla. You know what I mean. Hmmm, oh yeah another interesting set of Lyrics is Weird Kid. This is how I tell you when I became weird..ha ha. I guess at birth, but don't get it twisted: I can play normal at the drop of a dime better than anyone. This cd is really good. I could explain and go on forever but I'm sick of typing. quick notes. Latu=song about friendship, All Day= Tribute to Pimp C. Strange how once a rapper says something that really touches me they are suddenly removed from the planet. I'm suspicious here but what do I know. That's Me features Stagmotta, Mac & Ak, EPA doin things with the best. Johnny Afro had to jump in on the remix. Stagger Dance is about overcoming obstacles. Michael Gray is about older dude giving advice and me being slow to figure out the obvious. Ok I'll tell you about one more. Left & Right (scatterlings) = The traditional hip hop song of the cd. This is for the raw hip hop lyric fan who loves the rugged straight up Hip Hop of old sounding beat. I titled because I had named the beat already and decided to name songs after beat names I had already made. Beat names are just after how songs make me feel when I made them. So this song was a back and forth feel so I named it Left & Right. I added the scatterlings part because everytime I search for myself on Itunes I get some other dude with a song called Scatterlings ahead of mine. To get him back I hope people look for scatterlings and get my cd...ha ha. That would be poetic justice. Peace to all earthlings. Johnny Afro
