川美和唐达(知名制作人,曾制作过罗志祥、吴建豪/Junho、莫文蔚、何维 健等)联手制作,“破晓”的开始是一首稍带复古味的“The Perfect Two (Stuck Like Glue)”。 这首歌和第三首的On The Run都融合了爵士的色彩,让川美发 挥她独特、甜美、舒服的嗓音。EP里也尝试了流行、抒情和摇滚风格,凸显川 美歌声的多元。  川美相信爱情 。明知悲伤情歌比较能够与大众引起共鸣,川美却选择不收录悲 伤情歌。她不愿扮演那被伤者的角色。EP里的5首歌都围绕着爱、感恩和乐观 的态度作为主题,川美相信这种正面的态度才是这世界所需要的。最后,作为 结束,「温习」属于抒情的曲风,想让听众反思各自生活中值得感恩的点滴。 Dawn Wong’s debut EP DAWN is a decidedly positive collection of songs, created in spite of the ominous thought that this could be her first ‘hello’ and last ‘goodbye’. On her maiden recording effort which could also be her last, each song was deliberately crafted as if there was no tomorrow. DAWN explores Pop, Ballad and Rock styles over five polished tracks (four Mandarin & one English), with splashes of Jazz influences (#1 The Perfect Two, #3 On The Run) for a fresh sound that brings out Dawn’s characteristically sweet and soothing vocals. Eschewing the role of the spurned lover because Dawn believes in love, the EP does not include any break-up songs that listeners seem addicted to. All five songs on DAWN are centered round themes of love, gratitude and positivity – attitudes that Dawn believes the world needs more of.
