Cody (UK) is an already familiar artist to highlight his production qualities on TechZone Records on a regular basis. His remixes and original productions have been sitting nicely in our Top 10 for quite a while, now being the time to dethrone himself with an outstanding two tracker. The Roots EP features a laid back deep-house record called Downtown on the A-side and an all time classic tech-house tune called Funkjazz on the B-side. Aligning an incredibly funky bass line with a stomping rhythm and subtle melody, this one takes you back almost to the 1950s and has that extra sparkle to get you dancing.
