Well where should I start...I grew up in Columbus as a help to my family, while my parents devoted their time to building an early-childcare center and Christian Church organization, I took care of my siblings. (Cooking, cleaning, dressing, cutting hair, etc.) I thought that it was my job as a 7yr. old. Maybe I should tell you that I've been an "Ole-Soul" since I was born...so to be in charge of so much at such a young age was nothing to me. __ So, later my father needed a musician for the church...and my grandmother told my father to put me on the organ (lowrey not hammond) And that's when it all started. My father bribed me with so many toys and electric afx racing sets I didn't know what was happening. If he wanted me to learn a song, he'd promise me a...that's right a toy or something. __ The first song I ever learned was "Come on Children" written by Walter Hawkins. I can still hear the master of ceremonies calling the singers to the stage, "Welcome to the Operation Push Day of Joy Concert...Please welcome to the stage Walter Hawkins, Edwin Hawkins and the Family." That was the begining of all of this music for me. So at the age of 8 I started taking lessons and doing the best I could do for a 8yr. old. After learning lessons of encouragement and defeat...God began to open my ears to hear not only keys and chords but also the e-motion and the production in the music...29 yrs. later I've completed work for some of the Top artists and Companies in Gospel and Contemporary Christian music such as: __ Kirk Franklin, Shirley Caesar, Shirley Murdock, Andre Crouch, Byron Cage, Israel and New Breed, Martha Munizzi, Lisa McClendon, Keith Wonderboy, Gladys Knight, BeBe Winans, Nancey Jackson, Mark Kibble, Myron Williams, Dadre Crawford, Lynette Hawkins, Ami Rushes, Shek Glory Ministries, Marvin Sapp, Jimmy Hicks, Evelyn Turrentine Agee, Rizen, Damon Little, Bishop Morton, Witness, James Fortune, Gregg O..quin, Teresa Hairston/Donald Lawrence Gospel Today 3, Karen-Clark Sheard, Virtue, Darkchild, Sounds of Blackness, Vickie Winans, Jeff Majors/Kelly Price, World-wide, Verity, Gospo Centric, Zomba, Darkchild Records, Word Entertainment, Fo Yo Soul, etc. So now I'm on the MySpace promoting myself to obtain more friends. __ Looking for friends who like music and friends who like other things besides music.
