On the occasion of the 40th Earth Day, April 22, 2010 : Mother Earth's Lament Theme Song of the international World Wind Conference held in Kingston in June 2008, with Suzie LeBlanc, voice, Helmut Lipsky, violin, and the musicians from the group Melosphere. Composed by Helmut Lipsky to the words of Volker Thomsen, the organizer of the Conference, we published this studio version to mark the 40th anniversary of Earth Day. Proceeds from the sale of this song will go to the World Wind Energy Association, a global environmental organization that provides help and information for countries that have little or no means. A concert version of this song can be heard on the album Tempi con Variazioni by Melosphere with Helmut Lipsky and Suzie LeBlanc, produced by Earl McCluskie for the Chestnut Hall Music label and available on CD Baby.
