The songs on this live recording are inspired works of spiritual and personal introspection, and several were written specifically for particular Sunday services and the messages delivered by the pastor of a non-denominational church. These are some of my favorite works because they address issues of the heart and give reverence to God, the Most High, and to our humanity. Although praise is surely the intent of the songs, they are not categorically Sunday praise songs. Many would fall into both secular and worship genres. This album was recorded live in the little church for which many of the songs were first written and performed. It was a very special evening, and I hope the listener will be transported to that night and feel the love and presence of spirit that we all experienced. God is Great!
