Jorges is based out of Miami, FL and is essentially composed of a single member: Jorge Gonzalez Graupera. His song, "Girlfriend", has been featured in the WB primetime shows "One Tree Hill" and "Summerland" as well as in a Burdines-Macys back to school TV and radio spot. His first solo release, "Possibly Now!" features 10 Rock gems that range from the undeniably catchy teenage-angst sound of "Girlfriend" to the larger-than-life cinematic sound of "Stars are Exploding". "Possibly now!" engages the listener on different stylistic levels that bring to mind the harmonies of The Beatles, the vocal swagger of The Clash, the unrefined brilliance of The Replacements and the romanticism of Elliott Smith. Jorges is the product of the love of Rock and Roll mythology, the reflection of a true rock and roll dreamer. Apart from the drum tracks, all the music was written, produced, recorded and performed by Jorge.
