简介
The Healers have a highly original sound which they call "fluxabilly". The songs and melodies are written by self taught player/singer/songwriter William Hutchens, who combines complex rhythms and structures in unusual ways. Listeners comment that the songs sound like many different bands and artists. Elvis Costello, Townes Van Zandt, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, Jethro Tull, Bob Dylan, Steve Earle, Frank Zappa and the Stones meet and are rolled up together; truly eclectic. The lyrics cover a wide variety of things; from an ode to the Crocodile Hunter, to unrequited love. The Healers are fresh and different; definitely worth a listen.
