Atone was formed with the intension to create an intriguing and varied sound. As the founding members early stated;“We want to take the audience on a journey through emotions. We want the music and the lyrics to reflect a feeling of genuineness, honesty and depth in which the audience can relate to”. Being recently referred to as a band with “a great ability to show a lot of variety in their music” and a band with “lots of potential that have found a uniqueness they use in a brilliant way” (judges bandwagon), it is not hard to see that this intention also is the practice of today. Starting out in the small village of Jevnaker in Norway Atone has managed to establish themselves as a solid live band both locally, nationally and internationally.
