In contemplating this CD, Mark decided to take the advice of his fans. Over the last two years, Mark has constantly been asked about a CD with mostly Ballads. So... here it is. Ballads (and Other Would-Be Hits) is a "Best Of" and also Unplugged CD. Mark took the songs (from his other CD's) that have been most requested over the last two years, added four new ones; 3 originals and one cover "Annie's Song" and re-recorded most of the songs "unplugged".

the CD is already starting to get radio play throughout Europe and is receiving good reviews from the DJ's.
