After working for 2 years on his first album "My View", Jason Sees is releasing his sophomore album in May of 2012. "A New Perspective" promises to be a significant step-up in musical composition and production quality. Jason Sees is originally a military pilot by trade and his exposure to war time environments is an apparent influence on his writing. However, Jason Sees' songs can be quantified and identified by anyone looking for riveting musical endeavors. Jason Sees music is acoustic, yet electric, organic, but progressive. He covers a wide range of genres while maintaining a central theme and focus. With his new band, Jason Sees has progressed to a higher musical level. Jon Cannefield and Kevin Jahne provide a rhythmic foundation that free's up Jason to be at his creative best. Bennett Keasey's lead guitar work provides emphasis where necessary, and downright brilliance when required. Mike Arguellas' saxophone is icing on the cake of this album, providing smokey jazz hall contradiction to Keasey's wildly effected rock hall guitar riffs. Jason Sees also takes his music to the local coffee shop as a solo act. His music is a surprising fit to mellow acoustic environments making a unique transition from rock and roll stage to folky Seattle granola hut hang outs.
