Faux's sound is a complex mix of old and new. His sounds derive from tropical music, latin american music, hip hop, funk, pop and soul. This is all tied up with his signature electronic sound, topped off with vocal samples or full vocals. His albums bring stories into musical projects. A lot of his songs contain snippets of his own story.
