At Machete Chronicle, we take our scouting job serious. Therefore we checked out both Maidstones on Mars and Earth. Now, the Machete Chronicle team is happy to introduce the newest member to the family: Jason Still! Hailing from Maidstone, just outside of London (UK), he's been working on electronic dance music for more than a decade. After getting his music played at large dance events like Helter Skelter and World Dance, he know that after having a taste, he was ready for the full meal. The Running Away EP resembles the Deep House Jason Still is really feeling at the moment. The Running Away EP is a throwback to the early 2000s, where the house "was a lot simpler", according to JS. The Running Away EP is diverse, bringing you three different flavors. But as diverse as it may be, they share one common characteristic: all tracks have 4 on the floor.
