What a fun song to make! Dennis Leeflang (drums) and I had the music done and invited vocalist Mark Tornillo to sing on it. I've always been a huge fan of his, from his band TT Quick I'd follow as a teenager to now, as singer of the band Accept. While touring he sent me ideas for lyrics, came to the studio while home for a few days between legs of the tour, hung out and blasted out killer vocals. Then, the album art. Had an idea for a vintage movie poster vibe, and put a message on Facebook & Twitter inviting people to take photos for the song art. Photos started comin' in, Stephenbrow at Avbrow Photography set up a whole photo shoot and the winning pic jumped out. Dan Verkys took it from there and made the final art. This is the 6th song released in a series of digital singles I've been putting out every month in 2011. I'm also including guitar transcriptions and 'mix stems' with every release, available at my website. Thanks, enjoy!! Ron
