"THAT'S WHAT LOVE IS" is Michael's 3rd album under the MIONE Records label. It is his first release since signing a new publishing agreement with Double Seven Publishing Co., BMI. As with his preceding two albums, he is the writer and artist for each song that comprises this album. It reflects his traditional country roots as well as demonstrates the versatility of styles that make up the character of his works. His lyrics clearly tell the stories and express the feelings this genre of music is known for. He has chosen to remain independent in order to remain true to his own style and presentation. His previous albums - "TRANSITIONS" and "BATTLEFIELD ROAD" have increased his fan base by the nature of the songs that so many say they wish they could hear more of.
