Destiny is a permanent staple in the foundation of Dallas music. The r&b group is from South Dallas, Texas. Destiny included: Franco Harris, Byron Harris, Gary Harris, Sammy Riley and Freddie Cooper. At one point, the group was called "Flava". However, it has always been their destiny to make music as DESTINY. The group released the album "United As One" on C.A.B. Records. The infamous "Curtis Blow" from South Dallas was the proverbial "Diddy" that brought this project to fruition. The album included Billy Dee M.C., Lance Romance & The Dissin' Deuce (Devo-D & Little Big later known as Mac Vo/L.B. Wickett). Later They released the album "Long Time Coming". Over the years, they have continued to add to their great body of music. Now, it's time for the world to know. R.I.P. Franco Harris and Freddie Cooper The South Dallas projects created this gem of a group. It shines like diamonds.
