DJ Peace was lucky enough to contact Albert Chan Paran in Cebu City regarding finding a director for the "Always Be Mine" music video project. Peace was referred to a few people but the person who was most responsive was Julles Roberto. Julles sent Peace a music video featuring 16-year old: Marielle Montellano as a sample of his work. Peace fell in love with Marielle's voice and performance style and was honored when she agreed to sing an updated arrangement of "Always Be Mine". Talisay City arranger: Nendel Endrina created a softer approach to the song. but decided to keep the 'dancehall rap break' in the song to pick up the tempo and build to a vocal crescendo to feature Marielle's exceptional range. The goal of "DJ Peace" is to create music and videos with people from around the world and The Philippines was the perfect place to start this tradition. Filipinos LOVE to sing!
